- Does paying improve my ranking?
- No. Directory and launch position come from votes, clicks and recency. Paid options put you in clearly-labelled placements. The Arena is the single exception, it says so openly, and it is not indexed.
- Can I get a refund?
- Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the period. Arena bids are final — that is stated at checkout, because the money is what holds the position.
